What are Pipelining Services?

Also known as CIPP (cured-in-place pipe), pipelining is the method used to repair existing sewer and drain lines with zero to little digging.

The Lining Process

Our highly-certified techs start by using state-of-the-art sewer cameras to examine the damage within the existing pipe, then we use our high-pressure Hydro Jetter to rid the pipe of all debris. After all of the debris is removed, our certified techs will then re-camera the damaged line, taking measurements to ensure a clean and perfect fitting line every time. The next step is to take the dry lining material and introduce a 2-part epoxy resin inside of the liner, followed by spreading the resin within thoroughly.

We then take the coated liner and put it into our Air Power Inversion Machine, which inserts the liner inside-out onto the pipe, allowing the epoxy on the outside of the liner to harden and mold. This creates a new, jointless line in the existing pipe. Only one access point is required, which can be on the inside or the outside, within a cleaned out or open-ended pipe.

After the liner has been inserted into the pipe, we then introduce a calibration tube inside the liner to hold it in place, to allow us to steam at 160 degrees and cure the liner in place. Once the liner has been cured, we then remove the calibration tube, and do a final video inspection to ensure that the liner is fully functional.

Sewer Doctors is dedicated to delivering only state-of-the-art sewer pipe lining and quality workmanship in the replacement process. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service for each and every job from start to finish.
